Such a awful experience one could ever have can be met here. I so feel bad for not having a zero to be rated and would request Google to include that so that the first thing I'd do is to rate this place a zero.

Me and my friends try exploring different places, in the process we've got to hear of this place. With an intent to visit, we've traveled all the way from KPHB to Kompally which is a waste of time and money. My nephew is a 6 year old and he don't want to eat anything else but pizza on that particular day. We've got him a pizza so that he can have it with us while we enjoy food at this place. We've taken our seat in the restaurant and the manager came in, he's such an impolite, hard-hearted, indecent and what not to let us out of the place because we didn't inform him prior for carrying a pizza from outside. I'm so happy for not spending even a buck at this place which I'd never do and recommend my many other friends of not even thinking of visiting this place. Yes, we understand that theirs is a food business and we shouldn't carry food from outside, but he should at least have some demeanour to consider our case as it was just a small kid. If the owner of this place doesn't consider replacing the manager or training him for well-behavior, they'd soon end up getting out of this most happening place (Kompally). Owner should know the fact that the manager out there is least bothered when we directly informed him that we'd be posting a review soon. He was so happy to let people leave and close the restaurant ASAP. Great manager one...

No AC(didn't work) ,No Cool Drinks, and waiting lobby is under direct SUN

I don't know about others,but our experience is pathetic, may be not our day.

We went for lunch and it's a very hot 🔥 day. Had to wait around,15-20 minutes to get our seat, waiting lobby or the area is right under the SUN 🌞. Roasted like anything.

Finally got our table and ordered some starters and main course too,coz the waiter had suggested that it would take some time and it is wise to order both and he will take take care of the timing.so we went along with his suggestion.

But to our surprise both came along and while we finished our starters,main course (biryani) became cold.

These guys don't have backup power like a generator.so no AC and to cope up the heat,we requested for cool drinks,which were not coming out even after calling the waiter for 10- 15 times.upon fighting with the waiter for around 5 mins .we got our drinks.

Reason : waiters are ready to admit that there is no power and drinks are not cool enough to serve.

As a customer,we will be happy to cooperation with the people of that place,only if you are ready to admit the prob.

Simply hiding things and making customer wait for long...

Blatant price gauging and flaunting of rules - Welcome to Sainma. Had lunch yesterday, Sep 1, and was shocked to see a bill for Rs.49 for a bottle of water with an MRP of Rs.20 (Aquafina bottled water). When questioned about the price above MRP, the Lady in charge/Manager claimed that it was a fine dining establishment and that they were 'serving' water and not selling water, but what she doesnt know is that serving means having a clear non descriptive bottle and the consumer should be informed, but they chose to silently slip it in the so called 'Fine Dining print out' menu to fool the gullible clientele which mostly encompasses young college crowd who would hardly care to take a look at the final bill. The lady even had the audacity to challenge me to complain to what ever department/govt. body about this overcharging and refused to correct the overcharge. No doubt, the food was tasty and flavorful, but overcharging and flaunting of consumer laws and rules is just not acceptable. Would never visit them again and urge future patrons to pay attention to what they are being charged and question the management. I will also take this incident with the Local consumer forum and see if anything...
