Good restaurants in India often share several key virtues that make them stand out:
Quality of Food: The most important aspect is the quality and taste of the food. Whether it's traditional Indian cuisine or international dishes, the ingredients should be fresh and the flavors well-balanced. 3.5 stars
Ambiance: A pleasant and inviting atmosphere enhances the dining experience. This includes comfortable seating, appropriate lighting, and a clean environment. 2 stars
Service: Excellent customer service is crucial. Staff should be attentive, courteous, and knowledgeable about the menu. Special touches, like personalized service, can make a big difference. 1 star . Good for nuclear families if they order starters and main course all in one go. Prepare to wait for longer times if larger orders are placed. Peoples were fighting for their orders.
Hygiene: Cleanliness in both the dining area and kitchen is non-negotiable. This ensures the health and safety of the customers. 1 star. Food from kitchen was places just outside washrooms marked as Bride and Groom. The washrooms are visible from dining areas.
Value for Money: Offering good value for the price paid is important. This doesn't necessarily mean being cheap, but providing a dining experience that feels worth the cost. Okay can’t comment.
Innovation: Restaurants that offer unique dishes or a creative twist on traditional recipes often stand out. This can include fusion cuisine or innovative presentation. Nothing innovative. Some dishes on the menu card were not available, only printed, like tandoori platter.
Consistency: Consistency in food quality and service ensures that customers have a reliable experience every time they visit. Can’t comment, but seeing the late delivery of food can say no one would go second time.

Read moreWe have visited 27 yards twice before and had decent experience but this time they have given an exoerience which spoiled our mood for day. As we had gone early there only 2 tables occupied. I saw the table before us complaining about hair in food and there food was replaced. I think it was pasta. We had ordered few items and in the end it sizzlers. While the waiter was serving I saw a long strand of hair and I pointed out to him. He took the unserved food with the hair back to kitchen. This time a new gentleman replaced the captain who had taken our order and started explaining to me that all the staff in kitchen are wearing cap and they have only men in kitchen and the hair found is ladies hair. He didnt even apologise and was asking whether we want replacement. When we told him to cancel the sizzler and bring our bill. He straightway went and brought our bill and completed our payment. No apologies or whatsoever from any staff. Seems they dont care if they lose few customers due to bad service as there location is guarantees them steady footfall. Mean while the owner or someone senior had just completed pooja at there cash counter but still no attempt to intervene and retain customer. It seems because we didnt create any scene there they would have thought better to...
