Dear Santosham Management,
I am writing to express our disappointment during our recent visit to your restaurant on June 5th. My husband and I have been regular customers, frequently ordering from your place and even dining in. However, our experience this time was quite unsatisfactory. We ordered uttapam, coffee, and dal vada, and requested that everything be served together. After waiting for 30 minutes, with hardly any other customers present, we were surprised to receive only dosa and coffee. We proceeded to eat the dosa, and after an additional 15-minute wait, we received a cold dal vada. When we addressed the issue with the manager, who was wearing a blue shirt, his response was dismissive and arrogant, which was very disappointing, especially given our expectations based on prior visits. As someone who has worked in the hotel industry, I believe that even small restaurants prioritize serving food at the right temperature. I would like to highlight that it is not just the food delays but also the lack of respect for customer satisfaction that concerns us. It seems there is a disconnect between management and customer service at your hotel. I genuinely hope you take this feedback constructively, as customer satisfaction is essential for success. Also there are so many mosquitoes and flies the area where food is served. I wonder why no one is talking sbiut that. I will have to reconsider recommending your restaurant to friends and family unless there are changes in the management's approach...

Santosham, a local gem known for its authentic South Indian cuisine, offers a delightful breakfast experience that is sure to satisfy cravings. The star of the show is undoubtedly the idli and vada, served with a steaming bowl of sambar. The idlis are soft and fluffy, perfectly complementing the tangy and flavorful sambar. The vadas, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, are a must-try. The coffee at Santosham is another highlight. Rich, aromatic, and brewed to perfection, it is the ideal companion to the savory breakfast dishes. The strong, bold flavor is just what you need to start your day. Also try out their delicious onion rawa masala dosa with their tasty tomato chutney, your taste buds will be in heaven.
While the food at Santosham is exceptional, there are a few areas that could be improved. The serving time can sometimes be a bit longer than expected, especially during peak hours. Additionally, the number of standing tables could be increased to accommodate more customers, particularly during busy times.
Overall, Santosham is a fantastic spot for a delicious South Indian breakfast. The idli, vada, and sambar are top-notch, and the coffee is simply amazing. With a few minor improvements, Santosham could become an even more popular destination for...

There is an instance I would want to share , other day I went for the first time at the vasant vihar outlet

His response was classic
" sir ek hi time pe sab Leneka na , ab pehle coupon lo fir paani milega , I explained him there is a queue at coupons counter pls give the water first as my baby needs it now . . .and anyway I will take it in sometime
But hats off to his disability of understanding he turned me down again by saying " nai sir aisa allowed hi nai Hai".
Aap pls pehle coupon leke aao , bihat customer aate Hai and baad Mai coupon nai late Hai. . .
I guess he had forgotten the order I had placed was of 680 rs and water I was asking was for just 10 - 20 rs.
So thats one of the major reason I would avoid such place where humanity is not served...
