Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Thane

Don't order from this place. The Team is completely fraud. It took total 2hrs to reach my place, which is 5 minutes walking distance from this outlets. I was waiting for my order since 2hrs and On dominos App it was showing Pizza Delivered. When contacted the rider to whom the delivery was assign as per the App, he was completely unaware of my order. And asked me to contact Dominos Outlet.

When I reached the Outlet to enquire about my delivery, the outlet manager was also unaware about my order and told me that it is delivered. As per the outlet system, it is delivered to my home.

When I raised the issue and told them that I will complaint the issue to police about the cheating happening at your outlet, then he agree for new order and took my contact details and deliver the Pizza at 11pm, which was order at 9pm.

One of the worst experience I had with dominos.

Suggest not to pay Dominos in advance, go for cash...

Everything is awful it’s very bad experience the staff does not have manner that how to behave and also they don’t have knowledge that can’t read out payment is done but there network issue problem they skip the network notice she didn’t tell first the information after payment she tell us the atmosphere it was so dull and the glass was not clean very less source of ventilation, low seating arrangement they don’t even cook the pizza nicely I think they don’t know about veggies on pizza sab bad pizza actually they don’t even deserve 1 star but to give review I give 1 star so bad...

The Domino's Pizza is one of my favourite places to visit for having pizzas. This particular Domino's site is not at proper location according to me. Because people here have many other options to eat at low prices. Just opposite that is HD foods that serves pizza, shawarma, momos etc at much low price, so most people prefer to go there. Whenever I see, the sitting area although being small is never filled. Otherwise the quality is very good. I took garlic bread in parcel to eat. It tasted same as served at...
