Dragon Chinese — Restaurant in Thane

I am beyond furious with my experience at Dragon Fire Restaurant. I ordered Veg Manchurian Noodles (750 ml), but what was delivered was a stinky 500 ml serving of fried rice. When I reached out to the restaurant to address the mistake, they had the audacity to laugh at me and brush it off with a sarcastic "Haha, same hi to hai sir, chalta hai." This is not only completely unprofessional but downright disrespectful.

If you’re operating late at night, at least have the decency to fulfill the service you’re offering. And if a customer takes the time to provide feedback, have the courage to take it seriously instead of mocking them. I will never order from here again and strongly advise others to stay away.
