Wok N Grill — Restaurant in Thane

I ordered mashroom multani and veg tripple fried rice and took chicken angara in parcel for my brother in law on 30th Jan. It was amazing in taste and proper packaging in plastic container. Today I again ordered chicken angara and I was surprised when I got the parcel. It was packed in cheap aluminium container with only 6 pieces of kabab. I called the restaurant and told them that is problem with my dish. The guy on the call said chicken angara me 6 hi piece aata he. I told him I ordered a week back and I know the quality, quantity and packaging. First I thought they have ran out plastic containers so I took my car and went to restro. fortunately my mom has kept the previous container for her use, I took that also with me and show him the difference of packaging and quantity. But they was not ready to listen and instead of that saying you might have ordered something else. The next thing I noticed there was big stack of plastic containers on the counter. I asked why you sent the aluminium foil container. He replied with absolutely zero digestive answer saying we give tikka in aluminium foil container and kabab in plastic container. However they charge same for both dishes. 280rs for 6 pieces of chicken angara was not really worth and that also with cheap aluminium container. Seriously!!! I literally told them to keep the food with you and I don't wanna eat it now nor I will ever order from you guys again. There was no reply from there end and they just keep standing. I actually wanted to meet the owner and tell him about the scenario. Today they loose one big time...

The first time I visited this place I didn't have many complaints and hence I visited it again, but my experience this time was very poor. First of all the food was so not upto my expectations the last time we visited we didn't like the Schezwan rice so this time we ordered hakka noodles thinking it would be nice but it was worse than the rice it haad no taste it was just boiled chicken with noodles. Secondly there was a family sitting besides us and they had kids who were extremely chaotic, and made so much noise. The kids were literally screaming and the waiters didn't tell them anything. They were soo loud that me and my partner even though we were sitting besides each other we couldn't hear each other. I don't like the fact that no one, not even the manager told them anything. And when I complained about this at the reception they said they would look into this but, they did nothing about this and just moved on...

Wolk In Grills is right in the corner of Shastri Nagar, as you go there first you will see the kitchen, they have made a small restaurant on the back side of the kitchen, which has very good ambience and hygiene and less staff, and the food quality is very good, And the presentation of the food is also very good, Whoever loves food a lot must visit here once, it is a small restaurant but the taste of the food here is very good and the tables are very close but those who like tasty food can go there and try it, that too...
