Hi! We visited Mc'D outlet at Thane, near the Thane Railway station. We were sitting upstairs at the cafe, about to finish our food, when the floor manager (i suppose that was the designation ) came and barged at us - 'hogaya aapka?! Customers are waiting. ' that was very unprofessional of her seeing that the food hasn't been finished yet and coming with that tone and that choice of words. Mc'D isn't just any roadside restaurant, rather stands out for its service than anything else. She was chasing us out to make space for others when there clearly were other people who came before us, having meetings and their activities at bigger tables munching nothing but just coke, but she only got nerve to talk this way to us since it was just a couple having their meal. I interrupted her saying we haven't finished our food yet and she said 'she felt we did so she asked (us to leave)'. Again, the worst expected reply from her rude behaviour. I have visited Mc'D throughout over 15 countries so far in last 8 years but this was the worst disrespectful encounter i ever had to face. We weren't just hanging around, we did spend for the food that we were having, so we are entitled to eat there. We both (me and my friend) are Medical Doctors, we didn't want to create any chaos over this situation.
