Super pathetic service, man in yellow was so arrogant that he was least bothered of even answering to customers sitting, one family was waiting for almost 25 minutes no one came for even taking order, when the customer said just give one bottle of water we will go, this useless person in yellow says 20 rupya hua deke jaiye, I mean in my entire life I have not seen such a pathetic service at a a restaurant like Ratna Sagar ,

Another customer who said they are coming from last 10 years but have never faced such issues of service, man on the counter is saying sir kitchen me jo Takla sheff hai wo jaan buj ke aisa kar raha hai taki public naraz ho aur hum log ki hi nhi sunta.

I would seriously suggest the owners to please take strict action, there was one senior man in yellow who was called by name Anna by the man on counter, that anna guy in front of customer is saying humko mat bolo mai khud pareshan hai in log se.

All together never expected such GHATIYA SERVICE. Will never ever visit again in Ratna Sagar.

I had ordered veg kolhapuri, to my surprise my first payment which was paid and success on gpay they said they didn't receive and I will be refunded. I informed that only if the payment is stuck in processing the payment is refund, not when it shows paid. But the manager insisted and advised to make another payment, I paid 210 twice only in hope that my first money will be refunded. After I went home, the vegetables were not cooked, it was hard and gravy was just made of red chilli powder, absolutely no taste to the food. This is an horrible experience. It has been three days and when U returned to them, the manager says they have yet not received the money which is a complete lie. Then he changed his statement that they don't have access to the statement. As a customer ai don't see that is my problem? they should be checking with the owner the next day to resolve but no one is bothered. Why shouldI pay 420 rupees for a veg uncooked dish! I want the owner to know that this is a way to fraud the customer which can be taken legally. So please you either refund my money or show me...
