RATS Bikers Café — Restaurant in Thane

I had taken my KTM 390 adventure bike for general service as I wanted to start a long ride.

Mr. Nizam took control of service. Usually people leave the bike at garage and pickup once service is done.

But me being a curious guy about motorcycles thought of waiting back at garage. Following things were done. cleaning of brake pads greasing of both wheel’s bearings air filter replacement oil topup battery check brake and clutch lever cleaning and adjustment clutch cable lube final drive chain clean, lube, adjust. checking if steering T some adjustments to added accessories washing

And guess what all above in cost less or equal to what is charged at KTM ASC.

But the most important thing is all above work was done with care and perfection which comes only with passion and dedication of service guy.

I will definitely recommend RATS...

Concept for this place is that you observe the cleaning of your bike through a glass partition while you sip on coffee. Not a bad concept, but the one star rating is for 1. Poor service. The moment we entered this place the first statement by staff was “you can’t sit here if you don’t order”.
