Shawarma ji — Restaurant in Thane

This happened to us.We ordered from zomato since it was showing 20 minutes. After placing the order immediately time showed 42 minutes.Since we had to eat and go and time shown of deliver changed(how?) We chose to cancel the order within 1minute.Zomato said restaurant has to cancel from their side.To speed up the process we called Shawarmaji to ask them to accept the cancellation as zomato is waiting for their response. The person was rude and said the order is already made .surprising in 3 minutes they have made 2 shawarmas.Are they feeding us something that's not freshly made? Shawarmaji people refused to cancel .This reflects very bad customer service as I don't think anything was prepared and it is bullying in my opinion where we are forced to wait and accept a late order .We have stopped using zomato and order directly from eateries because of low handed tactics like this .It is mental harassment and we are also shelling put good money for you to treat us like...

I had almost visited this place for more than 10 times but the person sitting on cash counter never seems to be polite with the customers even being every week customer if you ask for additional mayonnaise in your shawrma just for a juicy taste. This shwarma joint is located near Thane railway station West to be exact it is just outside platform number one so at walkable distance from station. So far in veg we have tried classic paneer shawarma and barbecue paneer shawarma while in non veg chicken barbecue shawarma and classic chicken shawarma.
