Good south indian food. Although theyvhave everything from vada pav to south indian to chole bhature to veg thali, i can only comment on south indian because i have tried on south indian food here and i also think that these guys specialize in south indian food. I have tried medu vada, masala dosa, mysore masala dosa, sada dosa, idli and all were awesome. Even if you takeaway they have good packaging. Just carry a cloth bag to carry the parcel. Alao don't order from zonato. Rates on zonato are different. Like for medu vada they charge Rs. 45 if go to their restaurant but on zomato it is Rs. 70 plis taxes plus delivery fee. Similarly every item is costly on zomato. I haven't checjed swiggy. So it's better if you are able to actually visit the restaurant than order online.

A fast food corner named as Udupi express offers you various dishes along with South Indian favourites. They offer some quick fast food bites which are famous to every Mumbaikar. They have a open kitchen concept with self service with prepaid coupons. Although they specialise in South Indian dishes the chefs belong to Northern parts of India. The taste is okay not that great or unique. Hygiene is something that they need to improve. The person who cleans the tables himself will get you your order if you don't go and get it by yourself. I have found this place to be my go-to spot for delicious South Indian dishes. While the taste may not be completely authentic, it's definitely better than many other restaurants that claim to offer this type of cuisine. Plus, the prices are quite reasonable, making it a great value for the quality of the food. However, I did notice that even when I ordered smaller quantities, the food felt very filling, and I'm not quite sure why.
