Thatti vilas — Restaurant in Theni

I left to kumily from kotatyam after my new bike delivery , after reacing kumily thought of going to Theni and to have authentic Tamil cuisines ,and thua found this hotel. To he honest I didn't like.most of the items ordered . Veg meals - it was decent. Kada roast - thought it was thick gravy type ,but it was nothing but deep fried kada. Taste not that great. No masala flavour inside. Mutton liver - few cubes of mutton liver sauted in onions and green chillies. Absolutely no.flovour ,not even salt . It tasted sweet. Mutton biriyani - it was good ,specially the rice. Mutton pieces were not so.soft. Mutton chukka - I have never tasted or seen such a texture of chukka. I have been watching many Tamil food. bloggers and been seeing mutton chukka , but this was no way near to what I have seen in videos.

Simply writting dishes in a white board, there you can't even see the price list of food, If a hotel is not providing a menu card with prices listed for their food items, it means you need to ask the waiter or staff about each dish individually to find out its price before ordering; this practice is considered poor customer service as it is standard for restaurants to display a menu with pricing for transparency and to allow customers to make informed choices about what to order. Amazing place to taste on non veg South Indian food. The Aroma and the masala being used makes your taste buds to go to high satisfaction on eating. Especially I have ordered nattu(country chicken) fry which is completely amazing along with unlimited meals. The price is very nominal for the taste what we are getting from this hotel. If you are going to Theni this is very very must place to eat. This is just near to hotel annalakshmi.
