Kathhir Annachi Kadai — Restaurant in Theni

I am writing this based on my 4 visits to this restaurant.

Visit 1- On new year, place was crowded oki, it was the first time so we waited in the cash counter for the seats. The lady in the cash counter only recived people whome she knew. Its a culture here in theni, we were waiting for more than 1 hour and othere recived tables and we did not. Finally we were pushed out of restaurant saying sorry we are closing. Very bad attitude by the woman in the cash counter.

Visit 2- 11days passed new year a friday, there is no proper space to park cars properly. 2 cars in front of the shop othere should find their own parking. We took our gusts there for dinner in our car(endeavour), every one got down and were waiting for seats, mostly like the first visit. When i was trying to park the car . The security passes a comment "itha periya vandi eduthutu vantainga" (TAMIL). Frustrated and left the place without eating.

Visit 3- We narrowed down that we will not be respected anymore here, and we wanted to try the food anyway. So this time it was take away, went to the tandoori counter right beside the enterence. He said billing is in the cash counter. With frustration of the first two visits, entered the cash counter, i said parcel! The guy in the counter said "sir one minute" and vanished. He was walking here and there all over went out in. But was not here to take me order. Furstrations left the place.

Visit 4- Last and final visit there. My mom and i really wanted to try out chettynadu dishes, one of my friends told me that food was really great. And it is a place that must be in our to do list. We again changed our minds and we promised each othere "last try if somthing goes wrong we are never going there". We went there on day before yesterday Saturday evening. There was no rush, next we were in a small car. Parking was a breeze. We walked to the ac dining, there startes the problem again. There in the cash counter a guy he said "ithu AC room veliya ponga" when we gave him a daring look he directed us to the garden area. The place was nice. We liked it. There is no place like this theni. We were excited about the food. To our expectations the food was really great. I can never complaint the taste here. Next there comes the fuss again. We asked for the bill and the server brought the bill in a small plate, and the server kept the plate on the banana leaf it self and a part of the gravy splased on my shirt. Really a careless act. No sorry no nothing. After that I noticed the restaurant staffs behaviour ro other coustomers. There the treatment was proper, mannered what not. Points we noticed.

• Owner must be a friend of yours • You should not expect parking • YOU SHOULD BE DRESSED WELL ( like u are going for a reception party) • If you are not from Theni you will surly feel the same like me. • Food good.

The management of the hotel should build Manners, and should have a good coustomer relation ship. They owe an apologise to me and the other coustomers whom they...

The food quality is toooo bad.we ordered chilli porotta,5parottas and mushroom kadai gravy.the quantity is soo small and even the box is filled with lots and lots of onions in both gravy and chilli parotta .the quantity of the food which we ordered is soo small and it's like only eating the onions rather than the food we ordered.and the taste is also bad.and I am really disappointed and dissatisfied.and after receiving the order I've made an call to the restaurant but they are not responding.the service in there is also sooo bad.so guys place the order by choosing the hotel.i prefer not to order in this hotel It's baddddddd and the taste is also sooooo bad and it's way to spicy Not gonna order ever again in this hotel.and if the hotel see the report .u should respond Respond to my feedback.. And it is not worth the money so pls don't t waste the money and go and get the best food out...

This restaurant may be the worst one in Theni district. Not even a single aspect is good.

Ordered 1.Mutton biriyani - couldn't find mutton pieces in that. Chicken 65 biriyani - Among the 4 pieces three of them were Gobi 65 3.Chicken 65 - salt was not at all added. 4.Chicken Manchurian - first of all the quantity was very low but couldn't have that minimum quantity because of the worst taste. 5.Parotta - it was very hard we can play tug of war with it. 6.Schezwan chicken fried rice - Once again a Chinese dish with very less quantity they have not cooked the food just added chilli powder mixed with a tea spoon and served.

Staff behaviour was worst.
