Extremely Disappointed with the Service

We visited this place as a group of 20 people for breakfast and had a terrible experience. Despite arriving early, we were made to wait over 40 minutes with no proper communication. The waiter kept saying “I’m coming” every time we made eye contact, and eventually started ignoring us completely.

He took the order from just 4 of our group members and only served food to 2 of them. It felt like a deliberate attempt to stall us because they had run out of food—an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional approach. In total, we wasted over 70 minutes of our precious trip just waiting for breakfast, and only 2 people ended up eating.

Our recent visit to the restaurant was disappointing. The juice was watery, and when I politely raised the issue, the female staff member argued that the quality was the best. There were issues with swiping my card, with the staff member insinuating that I had no money. After multiple failed attempts, the payment finally went through after a heated argument. The staff's behavior was unprofessional, resembling a street fight. The taste of the food was honestly horrible. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this place to others. The interiors of this place is decorated with photos of SPB , the lighting is pleasant and the interiors make a pleasant appearance to us. They serve really fast with good response, the dishes were hygienic, quality, presentation was good. I ordered chicken biriyani, kothu parotta and grill chicken. Their biriyani was tasty, parotta was yummy, quuantiy was more compared to other places I visited and grill was ok the salt wasn't equally distributed in all places.
