Been a regular customer at this place for almost 8 Yrs now. Frankly, Cakebee made its mark for Baking & delivering customised cakes to its loyal customers. Over the yrs, their business has flourished, however their attitude & work culture has declined. Anyways, i never thought that their fall from the pinnacle would happen so fast, if they don't correct themselves.
Order No 1 Customised design Butterscotch flavour 15 Oct 22 (Delivery date) Disaster, the Icing started to falls off from the corners & further royally ruined by the delivery guy. Imagine single person delivering a 2 Kg cake on a bike. Result: Disaster with Cake falling off from the sides Action : Informed the outlet, they apologised that it won't be repeated. Case closed.
Order No 2 Rose & Chocolate Chocolate Truffle Flavour 05 Dec 22 (Delivery date) Pre fabricated Cake design suggested by Manager of the branch as we spoke of previous issue, we went ahead with the order. Result : Bigger Disaster. The cake crumpled & shredded to pieces once cut. Action : Informed the outlet, spoke to manager, sent pics. No reply recd. Posted a Google Review, apologies flowed down.
Order No 3 Inspite of previous two orders going wrong, still had faith in Cakebee & ordered again. Customised Butterfly Design Cake, Butter Scotch flavour 09 Dec 22 (Delivery date) Result : This time we reached the outlet to pickup to avoid any disaster in transportation. However, first look at the cake. I say "Pathetic" is even an appreciation for what you made & wanted us to take home, it was cheap, completely out of design & icing was cheap buttercream that too a different colour altogether. Finally lost the trust, either pls change your Bakers or stop acting as top notch customised cake makers. Action : We refused to take Delivery. It's heartbreaking đ to see the downfall of the outlet. Our kid's birthday celebration was ruined by your cake.
I wish I could've given zero stars.

Dear Sir Please find below my comments on your services and three of your products along with a suggestion for the introduction of a new product.
SERVICES Excellent customer care and service. Kind, friendly and courteous staff. Pleasant atmosphere combined with cleanliness and neatness that are consistently maintained. I appreciate it all.
PRODUCTS The quality of MILK BREAD (also called Sweet Bread) is really very good. And always so. But the size of the Bread Slices seems to have diminished with the recent introduction of the green cover packaging. Further, price is slightly on the higher side. Packaging is attractive. Size of Bread Slices should be increased.
The CRUMB ROLL price is right, and its quality is good. But it has a problem. The CRUMB spikes are too hard and sharp on the mouth, and as a result, injure the mouth. So I stopped buying it. If you rectify this defect, then I might resume buying it.
The MINI PIZZA priced at Rs.30 is too small and doesn't taste good. It's not worth buying it. You don't deliver value for money in this product.
STOPPING OF paper packets and paper bags is a smart move. These packets and bags were dull and unattractive. They go to the trash bin once we go home. INTRODUCTION OF the new bags is welcome. They are bright and attractive. These bags can be used by the customer for other purposes.
SUGGESTION for A NEW PRODUCT It would be very useful if you introduce BUN BUTTER JAM like BG NAIDU which has this product and priced it at Rs.30. This product of BG NAIDU is really delicious and is worth the money. I would request you to buy this product from BGN and try it to know how it tastes.

   Read moreDelayed a lot (1 hour standing ovation at their reception) in delivery today. For past three months I have been ordering a cake. Each for a birthday. True to God I a saying this hard thing. All three purchases were bad experience. First time (May) there is no availability of gold cream but they took order for caramel delight and gave with dirty white cream. Second time (June) they caramel chips were too small. And today (July) I ordered & paid by 3 pm, they said to pick up by 5.30pm, I came by 5.20pm, I was asked to wait for 20 mins. I went and came by 6.10, they gave me cake by 6.40pm. I was irritated because they didn't even say me to sit, the staff told 5 to 7 times, 10 mins sir. They kept on selling cakes & doing cakes for the whole time without even considering me. They racked up their full shelves with cakes and then at last gave me the cake which I ordered & paid at the earliest.
I am least honoured for the trust I kept on their taste.
