Extremely disappointing experience at Madras Midnight Biriyani. The food tasted absolutely bland and poorly prepared — nothing close to authentic biryani. It felt like it was made by non-expert cooks with no idea about proper seasoning or cooking technique. The biryani was dry, lacking aroma and flavor, and the chicken dish was overcooked and hard to chew. Even the soda tasted flat. For the price they charge, the quality is shockingly bad. Definitely not worth visiting again — there are far better options in Trichy

Grilled chicken is not fresh because two days before chicken i can inform to complaint the captain he told only for fresh chicken.but still is not a fresh.very worst for the grilled chicken.I ask to order a salad but received only for plain cabbage.chicken rice is very worst taste because rice is not boiled.chicken biriyani is okay

One of the worst experiences I've had in Trichy. I ordered food for take out and I was the only one in the restaurant and they made me wait 10 minutes just to get my order. The bill came around 182 and I gave the cashier 200 in cash and he refused to give me the remaining money saying there's no change. Then I requested to change the mode of payment to gpay. Then he made me wait 10 minutes again only for him to take the remaining money easily which he already had. Their service very slow and bad. They don't treat their customers well. Even the chef is a former 2nd choice cook of the restaurant opposite to it (A1)

I've been in Trichy the past 20 years and I've never seen such worst restaurant. Even the food was too oily and soggy. The noodles was very over cooked and soggy with oil. I felt like puking after opening the box.

I am not someone who gives out bad reviews but I took time to make this one just to get the community away from this...

I have visited Madras midnight biriyani several times... Every time I had some issue with the food... I'm writing this review with so much frustration... Today I bought a chicken biriyani parcel.. When I opened the parcel in my home there was a chicken piece with so much bone and negligible chicken meat... I could have bought empty biriyani instead of this🤯... when I complained about that the sales man says this is the piece we provide... such arrogance😱.... worst experience🤦‍♂️.... consider twice before going to So called Madras...

This is the first time I’m writing a review for any product. I’ve never given one before. The food I ordered from this hotel was extremely bad. Even the Swiggy delivery was delayed. The food arrived cold. Out of two items I ordered, I received only one. The shop owner also spoke very disrespectfully. To make things worse, I found a medium-sized insect in the biryani. That was really disappointing. After a long journey, I ordered food at 12 AM out of hunger, and this is the quality they delivered. Please don’t eat...
