I have been to many hotels in India, and this was one of my worse experiences. It's apparently owned by some Dubai based individuals. But nothing in thier service standards exhibited abt thier base in Dubai. Heres the list of horrendous experiences. 1. Breakfast standard is very basic. But the restaurant staff are polite and attentive. 2. Room cleanliness is one of the worse. They don't change the bedsheet and pillow covers. When we informed the front desk to clean the room at 9am when we were going out. When we returned at 4pm, the rooms were still untouched. Another instance, the individual who was cleaning the room, left the doors open and went some where leaving our mum's room exposed with valuables inside. When we told the front desk, they couldn't give an explanation about this. There are other similar complaints in the reviews section. Room cleaning was never done when guests are not around. The cleaners always come to the room when guests are back from thier errands. Used water bottles were left where it was. Refer to the image. 3. In the 6 days we stayed, there was on average abt 3 to 4 power trips. Once the WiFi was out for several hours. When we brought this up, the front desk personnel rudely rebutted us. 4. Lobby is located in a narrow lane. There's a staircase to climb. So those brining elderly folks, give this a miss. 5. Requested for someone to shift our luggage during check out. More than 20mins later, no one came. So I had to manage 4 large luggages and bags on my own since both my mum and MIL are too old to handle the luggages. 6. The Eftar buffet was below average. BBQ chicken was hard. The other dishes was just not up to India standard. 7. Lastly, a male individual whom we requested for a late check out sounded abnoxious when we requested for a late check out. When I said there has been so many negative experiences staying there, the lease he can try is to do service recovery, he didn't even listen or tried to he fair. After all we paid money for the stay but didn't get proper service. Conclusion. If you are someone who's not very bothered abt service and proper maintenance of your room and cost is the most important aspect of the accommodation, then go for this hotel. If not, avoid it. Not recommending nor going here ever again.

Have you played Monopoly? If so, then you will recall Park Avenue and Mayfair being the most sought after real estate! While booking Park Avenue in Trichy, I was getting a touch nostalgic, while managing my expectations. Centrally located, just above a Burger King beside the Megastar Theatre is this somewhat boutique style hotel. Non descript in a way with a side alley driveway, lobby in the central rear of the building and rooms above - it was thankfully very clean and well worth a visit! Hygienic with all the amenities one needs for a decent nights rest. Easy to access and 20 mins from the airport, it is great for a quick business trip or temple visit. The morning breakfast was nice too with plenty of options and filter coffee too! Overall, very nice staff and a wonderful stay was had for the one night I did stay there. And a lovely find in Trichy.

Wonderful Stay at ParkAvenue Hotel – Highly Recommended! I had a fantastic experience at ParkAvenue Hotel. The ambience was warm and welcoming, and the entire property had a modern yet homely feel. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the authentic Kerala cuisine—a true highlight of the stay! Rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with up-to-date facilities. The staff were courteous, attentive, and truly made me feel valued as a guest. I really appreciated their hospitality and kind gestures. For the price, it’s definitely worth every penny. I’ve stayed in several hotels in Trichy, and this one stands out as both affordable and high-quality. If you're visiting Trichy, I would definitely recommend ParkAvenue Hotel for a comfortable and satisfying stay!

Not a great stay. Hotel is next to a bus depot, so it's not a quiet area.

The hotel has a basement parking, and it is extremely difficult to enter and exit the parking area because of the narrow pathway. They also have only one guard on duty, and people visiting the restaurant in the hotel and Burger King park vehicles haphazardly blocking the path to the hotel. We had to wait 20 minutes for the hotel staff to find the owners of the vehicles blocking access to the hotel for us to remove our vehicle.

Room service was bad and the attitude of the restaurant manager was worse; we were promised food in 20 minutes and never got it, and the so called restaurant manager didn't take any responsibility for the delay. To paraphrase what the restaurant manager casually remarked "I don't know who promised to send food in 20 minutes, but we are busy now and we will take time.".

The room door was jammed and we had to slam the door with our shoulder everytime to enter the room- the staff behaved like there was nothing abnormal about that!

Bathroom doesnt have a shower curtain, and one shower will get the entire bathroom wet.

Overall a bad experience. The hotel management has a lot to work on. Only good thing is the willingness of the staff at the reception to make an attempt to address issues we faced(which ideally shouldn't be there to begin with).

Pricing was still reasonable compared to other hotels in Trichy. So I guess you get what...

Starting with front desk experience - totally a disaster. We checked in at 6+pm n upon asking about check out, the staff rudely answered as 11am. We said our flight is at 10pm n many hotels in Trichy n Karaikudi do accept 24hrs basis if the rooms are available. Not listening to any of what we said, the staffs - Vignesh (Very very rude) n a lady staff wearing spectacles (don't care attitude) simply answering 11am need to check out. The least they could have done would have been stating that there will b some extra charges for extended stay or so on but simply stating as must check out at 11am is not helpful. Then, we asked for 1pm n they reluctantly agreed for 12noon. Ridiculous!!!! Checked into the room n found the body wash bottle was empty. Had to call for room service to fill it. The bathroom floor was with termites which was falling from the door bottom. During shower, the drain was very slow to the point the floor started flooding. I'm a Foreigner but an Indian ... they can request me to give way as the opposite person is a foreigner ... don't understand the logic. I have to tell them that I'm also a foreigner. Other than the breakfast (super fantastic) - I'll never go to this hotel again !!!!! Lobby staffs super rude n no respect or courtesy...
