Had a nightmare experience at the kovalam outlet. I am aregular at this outlet for the past 3 years. The lady here was extremely rude.The menu has been changed this time, so I was asking details on the drinks and which which tastes good and special. I had to ask 10 times for the waiter to answer once. I then asked why she was not responding, and she said I asked too many questions and she doesn't want to answer me. This triggered our argument and I asked why can't I get more details on the menu.. she then started using singular words,asking me to leave the outlet, and I had to argue back too..which worsened. When I asked if I could talk to the manager, I was denied and she said this is how it would be. And forced me to leave. worst experience here. It's a nightmare experience. I read the previous posts for this outlet & noticed that customers have reported the AC not working issue a minimum of 1 month ago. Is it so difficult to get it to working condition? I visited at around 4pm, and most of the items were sold out. The waitress was on call the whole time, right from the moment we entered, till the time we left...even while we placed our order. There were house-flies all over the place. Felt sick. Guys, don't even bother to stop here unless you don't have a choice. I wonder why you still have this outlet open if you're unable to manage/maintain it but charge...
