Cafe Crema — Restaurant in Tiruporur

I've ordered from them thrice before and gotyeny order surpassing expectations once and the rest of the two times were dud.

Wanted to visit them in person, before I post a review. To be honest, it was good at most parts.

Ample parking space, amazing interior, and external seating area, impressive menu and ofcourse the lake view near it.

The service needs improvement, the staff work diligently and are proactive when their manager is around and not so when he wasn't. The tables needed cleaning, the menu were sticky and the place didn't have enough ventilation or AC.

Food - loved the pizza, drinks and the brownie. Aglio e Olio, was due with no salt at all, the veggies weren't seasoned it well.

The staff are polite, but need help with plating skills, being proactive on setting up the table and ofcourse comprehending the customisation of the drinks/ food.

First timer . Visited Pacifica autumn and saw this shop on the way . Located within a small complex. Nice and spacious . Interiors are good and there are seating outside and inside . There is so much breathing room with this setup. Service was good . Kids like their pizzas , burger etc . But it’s a once in a month kind of restaurant.

Obviously priced higher than other shops nearby. Badam milk was very average . There was no taste or flavor in it . Hope they stop selling those or move to a different vendor . Coffee was good .. filter coffee. Wish they give it in regular davara tumbler instead of fancy glass tumblers. Filter coffee always goes well with stainless steel tumblers . Kids have said they like their pizzas and burgers . Good experience overall but could be better . Lots of parking outside .. wanted to give 3.5 stars but had to give 4...
