Honest Review – Disappointed Experience

Not a Real Restaurant I don’t understand why this place is being called a restaurant. It doesn’t feel like one at all. The real meaning of a restaurant is completely different. There is no ambience, no proper setup—it’s just a roadside place.

Restaurant-Level Prices, But No Value Even though the place looks like a simple food stall, the prices are as high as a proper restaurant. But there’s no matching quality or experience.

No Service – Completely Self-Service There is no staff service here. You have to pick up your food yourself. They provide zero support to customers.

False Idea of Hygiene They think hygiene means just wearing a head cover. But serving hot food in plastic plates without banana leaves is not hygienic or safe at all.

Unsafe Serving Practice Serving hot directly on plastic plates is unhealthy. At least a banana leaf or a stainless steel plate should be used. This basic standard is missing.

Rude Staff Behavior When we asked a staff member, “Can’t you put a banana leaf or use stainless steel plates?” He simply replied, “Go ask the owner. Don’t question me.” Such a response is very rude and unprofessional.

Poor Food Quality The food was not up to the standard they claim.

Only High Rate, No Quality or Service They charge like a restaurant but give neither proper service nor good quality food. Just high price—nothing else.

Roadside Stall in Disguise This is just a roadside food stall. Whatever service and quality you get in such stalls, that’s what you’ll get here too.

No Customer Respect Even in many roadside stalls, customers are treated with basic respect. Here, you don’t even get that. No one listens, no one cares.

Awareness Message: Fair Treatment and Respect for All Customers

Today, I had an unpleasant experience at Ganga Sweets, Padur. I parked my bike in the designated parking slot and stepped in to purchase some sweets. Within just five minutes, I returned to find my bike missing from the spot. Shockingly, it had been moved near a garbage bin, with some trash on it. In its place, a car was parked.

When I asked the security personnel about it, he responded rudely and disrespectfully, using offensive language and showing no concern for my belongings or my dignity. This behavior is unacceptable.

When I reported the issue to the billing staff, they were dismissive and showed no interest in addressing my concern. It’s disheartening to see that not all customers are being treated equally and with the respect they deserve.

Ensure all customers are treated with respect and fairness.

Train staff and security personnel to behave professionally and courteously.

Improve parking management to avoid such incidents in the future.
