I ordered the Egg Biryani and Smoked Butter Chicken & Rice lunchbox. Both items arrived cold and tasted stale, as if they were prepared long ago. The Egg Biryani came without any sides, and the butter chicken dish had old, foul-smelling onions. The quality was far below standard—even street-side vendors offer better food. I’m too upset to even request a refund.
