I have been visiting Navalur branch twice a day - morning (breakfast and coffee) evening coffee - literally every day in the week for the last 1 year continuously. I always prefer to buy mini coffee as I can't drink more. But mini coffee is not served inside the hut. So I go out get a separate bill for mini coffee and have it outside sitting in the chairs near the parking area.
Today morning (17th May 2023), i had breakfast for 89 Rs, paid the bill and got a separate bill for mini coffee. Unable to bear the heat outside where there is no shade also, I went inside the same hut I sat and had breakfast - but sat in a table which is not yet cleaned up (so that they need not separately clean again in case i spill coffee on the table). I had done this 2-3 times before also and no one questioned me anything. And I had done this only in the mornings and not even once in the evenings as the weather would be better.
The supervisor in charge this morning (who see me everyday walk in to the restaurant for the last one year) asked me to come out of the hut, and told me I cannot sit inside the hut with mini coffee because mini coffee is not served inside. I told him that I already had breakfast for 89 Rs and I myself went out to grab the coffee and came inside the hut only because it was damn hot outside and there is no shade. But without any empathy he said if I sit inside I will be charged extra (because only full coffee is served inside which costs around 35 Rs).
I AM SHOCKED and i literally fumed in front of every one that this is the customer care / hospitality shown to someone who is your customer who pays you twice a day for a year (almost).
I just want to ask one simple question to the Management/Owner. You are in hospitality business. I hope you know the meaning for hospitality.
Is MONEY more important or the only drive for you more than customer service/care and Hospitality ????? Is that the only reason you run a Restaurant ?
I really hope someone from the management responds. what happened today hurts me a lot and i promised myself to never ever visit Navalur branch even if i'm dying for water.
Self respect is important than anything else in one's life. I really wish...

Read moreWe made a plan to have our lunch here with great expectations, as our online delivery expectations were nice. But it was a total disappointment for us to have in person. Service: Wasn't up to the mark. The staffs working there are fighting between themselves that who has to take the order. And it was a delay. The manager isn't present there, which was the biggest draw-back. We did ask for chilled water, which was served after having our food. What is the purpose of giving water after having food instead of giving water while having food.? Food: We've ordered 1 North Indian Thali, 2 Executive Meals, A pair of Roti and two three starters- Gobi Manchurian, Gobi 65 and Corn Pepper Fry. *To our surprise, the starters were served after we all had completed our lunch. The rice given in the Thali, wasn't cooked well, it was half-cooked Basmati Rice. Serving of Food: In the executive meals, all the wet items in the plate, has got poured all over the chappathi and rice. How could we have the chappathi that has got soaked in the payasam, rasam together? This meal plate we returned back and it took around half an hour to reach us back.
Summing up all, we don't think of again visiting this place for either of food. And the amount that we paid, wasn't worth even...
