I NEVER VISIT LEBANON AGAIN *DON'T WASTE MONEY

"My recent visit to this restaurant left me thoroughly dissatisfied and frustrated. I ordered what I believed to be a vegetable salad wrapped in kuboos, thinking it was something akin to a Frankie. To my surprise, I later discovered that what I had been served was supposedly a Shawarma. However, it was unlike any Shawarma I'd ever encountered, lacking even a hint of mayonnaise, a staple condiment in most Shawarma preparations.

This Shawarma, if it could be called that, contained only tomatoes and cabbage as its fillings. It felt like a far cry from the flavorful and satisfying Shawarmas I've had elsewhere. I couldn't help but feel like my money had been wasted on a subpar meal.

What made matters worse was the apparent lack of responsibility from the server, manager, and owner. They seemed disinterested in the quality of the food they were serving, which only added to my disappointment.

To top it off, the restaurant advertised itself with an Arabic name, hinting at an Arabic culinary experience. However, there was no discernible Arabic taste or authenticity in any of the dishes I tried.

One of the most frustrating aspects of my visit was the air conditioning, or rather, the lack thereof. I had to endure a meal in uncomfortable conditions, sweating as I ate.

Overall, my experience at this restaurant was marred by poor service, misleading menu descriptions, and a lack of authenticity in the food. I felt like my 268 rupees were wasted, and I would hesitate to recommend this place to others based...

Updated Visited the hotel for a dine in experience on 15 Jul 2022. Ordered cream of chicken soup, al faham, butter naan and Malabar biriyani. Found the soup to be average. Al Faham chicken to be skinnier than ever! Naan okayish and the chicken in biriyani and rice to be separated from time immemorial! Nothing much has changed. You still won't get the VFM experience!

Previous Nothing unexceptional about this hotel. It's part of a chain of restaurants in Chennai of which the other locations could offer better taste and VFM whereas this joint caters largely to online orders. Dine in experience needn't be out of world or anything. You get what you pay for and your taste buds needn't be happy all the time. Kerala dishes are a disaster. E.g. Don't one who gave the chef this idea that Kerala Porotta ought to have some coconut oil on it! Overall...

The food is not good these days here, It used to good before. The chicken fried rice was very plain. The Sczhewan Chicken Fried Rice was also not good. Had multiple bad experiences here recently.

I'm extremely disappointed. They used to serve good food here. The ambience is still good as it used to be, but the food is horrible now. The mexican shawarma roll I had is nothing but another terrible experience. It was so plain, too much cabbage ( the meat should be in reasonable portion, atleast ) the taste sucks, had better shawarmas in food streets compared to what they served !! I couldn't complete what they served. The starters are the only proper dishes they serve
