I have ordered the food through swiggy in which they have missed one item from my order when asked they said we could give u rs18 as a coupon as the mistake was caused but my food order amount was higher... so called the restaurant directly and they said will check n get back to me... as they said he called me n apologize for the same stating "they have missed to one parcel which was sent to me n they immediately sent the food to my home by their staff member💝 making mistake is common but making sure the customer is satisfied is an art... staff member visited my home n apologize for the same 💝... have ordered mutton biriyani I would rate 4/5, paneer Tikka masala 4.5/5, brownie was topnotch 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 so soft n melting... I would order just for their service 💕 thank u so much for ur politeness
