I just want to start off by saying, WOW! This place has always been very satisfactory, but today it just blew me away. My friend and I were craving some chicken so we had the Al faham dajaj and it was incredible. We got it hot and full of flavour, I just could not stop eating it. By the end we even ordered a Mexican shawarma. The shawarma to be honest I would put at maybe above average. To accompany the food we also had a lime soda and a lime mint soda, both of which were standard. So overall here’s my rating for the food:

Now the downsides. The place has so much staff each with their own role that it gets really scrambled. There are so many people doing so many things that I don’t know who does what. They are also usually more attentive towards larger tables so I had to ask for water multiple times (this is not a problem but for a 5 star review they would need to do everything without me having to ask). The servers were all VERY nice, no issues at all with their personality or professionalism. The other small issue we faced were the waiting times. The food did take a little long to come, even though it was relatively empty. But the food was definitely worth the wait. I can’t wait to be back and try some...

Service, taste, Menu none of them worth even 1 star rating. Delayed service with poor response. Items are only in the menu card, not in taste. i.e. whatever you order doesn't matter. They will ensure that you will get the same item. For example I ordered paneer kadai and mixed veg curry, but I received 2 paneer kadai bowls, one with a few pieces of beans which may be mixed veg curry in their opinion. If you don't have staff, please close the business and please stay away from the restaurant business. I ordered 2 more rotis as l don't want to waste the balance amount of gravy (as our kids didn't eat), they took 30 minutes to deliver the same. When I complained to the attendant he proudly said that they make everything fresh and so nothing wrong in such delays and we have to wait for such a fresh dish. By the time I received those 2 rotis, balance gravy became ice cool cold and I needed to waste them totally including those 2 backfill rotis. No guilty feelings in their face. They were right according to them. Their customer care will eventually right an usual excuse kind of story as reply below this message. But please don't believe them as I could see many such stories in the review but I didn't...
