Aswins Sweets & Snacks (K K Nagar - TRY) — Restaurant in Trichy Corporation Limits

I just want to report an incident. I hope this will be taken care of. Actually I am writing this mail from k.k nagar Trichy. I have been to Aswin lot of times and it was a good experience for me the food was great and good quality from the restaurant. But since late for past few days as I am regular customer. I called the restaurant to provide the order through phone but they are not answering any of my calls it's just that I want to avoid me coming there and waiting to get my food due to covid pandemic. Please ask the restaurant people to start answering the call.when I went there I ask them i am calling them for past 1 hour why they are not answering my call they say that the phone was in kitchen and they are very busy and they can't answer any calls this happen on 24th of September at night 8 pm. Please take care of this atleast during the pandemic.i hope Ganeshan sir reads this message and take care of it

I recently visited Aswins Sweets & Snacks and tried their mini Tiffin, and it was a good experience! .

The meal included a variety of items, starting with the idlis (Two)they were soft, fluffy. Three types of chutney were served (fresh) and they were delicious. The vada was good: not that crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. The dosa was golden and crispy, with a filling that was savory and well-spiced. It came with a generous serving of sambar, which was rich and flavorful, with a good balance of spices and vegetables.

The mini Tiffin also included a serving of single poori.

To finish off the meal, there was a small portion of Kesari bath ((palm/jaggery not sure) a sweet dish.

finally coffee It was a perfect way to end the meal.

The service was quick, and the food was served hot, which made the experience...

Visited the kk Nagar branch for lunch by 1.30pm Ordered mini lunch which had 3 varities of rice ,and a piece of chapathi and a sweet. It was good,but served chill,not even a single rice was hot. Quantity was good and enough for a short meal. Price rs 100

Next ordered Gobi Manchurian dry which was a total disaster,there was not even a pinch of Manchurian flavour in it,the Gobi Manchurian was too too sweet, who knows whether master added sugar in it,Gobi Manchurian was totally waste. We even complained to the waiter,don't know whether he conveyed to master or not. Rs 120 Chapathi was good with kuruma and raitha. Overall there is no negative about the service and delivery of food,the waiters were friendly.

The main drawback is north Indian dishes are not upto the mark,need to improve the taste.
