I am a regular visitor to this restaurant with family and friends.However today(06.06.25) I had a bitter experience with your parcel staff.I ordered for a takeaway for 4 pcs idlis and 2 dosa with order number ending 075 @8.58 pm.I was waiting and waiting but my order didn't arrive.i can hear orders numbers 085,095 etc., are getting their parcels.Out of frustration I enquired with your parcel staff about the basis of delivering the food.He replied that those who ordered with smaller quantities will get their order sooner and with larger quantities has to wait.I do not understand this logic and I told him that next time I will place 4 orders ,one of 2 idlis, another one 2 idlis ,another one 1 dosa and another one 1 dosa.He could not reply to this and he kept quiet.He said he is not willing to talk to me. You are running a hospitality business which needs more patience and politeness towards customers.A simple sorry could have changed the entire scenario.I am residing in this area for more than 30 years and I have seen many restaurants shut their business just because of poor customer care. Read moreToday, I had an unpleasant experience at the restaurant this morning, not directly due to my order, but because of how another customer was treated.
While my order arrived promptly without issue, I noticed that a customer next to me faced poor service. After placing his first order, which arrived quickly, no staff attended to him for a long time. Despite his repeated attempts to get the waiter's attention, no one responded. When the waiter finally came over, the customer politely expressed his frustration, but the waiter's response was unsatisfactory. Instead of offering an apology or attempting to resolve the situation, the waiter asked for the customer’s bill to be prepared immediately.
The customer, who had eaten only two idlis, left hungry and unsatisfied. Witnessing this, I couldn’t help but intervene, questioning why the staff didn’t make an effort to address the customer’s concerns or offer any apology. The lack of empathy and customer care was truly disappointing.

Read moreMerits: Food is delicious, quality and good quantity too. Serving is very good, but only on week days. Bearers are customer friendly. Ambience is good, neat furnitures and ac. Prices (of tiffin items) are reasonable, mini tiffin is very good at best offer price in city.
Demerits: Weekends very difficult to get seat; service also poor, very late; Once I was asked to vacate the seat, after i sit for dining which was very embarrassing. They may adapt table reservation to solve this issue. Two wheeler parking is good, but no proper car parking, we have to park where and when available space. Tiffin costs are very economy, but lunch cost not reasonable, has to be cut off little. When taking parcels the chutney and other side dishes quantity less compared to other hotels, if we ask little extra they bluntly refuse on the face. They have to add on good new desserts like hot badam milk etc.
Overall, reasonable, good class hotel in our locality; If they look into few minor issues...
