Food is good but staff is very rude. 1st of all after reaching to parcel counter I waited for 2-3 mins but no one asked if I want any help although there were 2 staff members present at the counter. After placing order I waited for 20 mins and when I asked the guy at the counter who took my order about the order status he said you need to enquire at the parcel counter and not to me. I waited for another 10 mins and again asked for order status he said I am not working in kitchen so I don't know the status of order, at that point I lost my temper and told him this is non sense argument and do you expect customer to go inside your kitchen and ask. Finally another person came from kitchen with my order, said sorry and handed over parcel to me. I think with growing popularity they are not respecting their customers, I have seen similar bad reviews about staff behaviour from too many other customers as well. Management should look into this and take...

Been at this restaurant many times with my family, but recently they've also opened another floor between first and ground floor, due to which there's always been a shortage of staff (be it waiters, captains or servers) on each floor. We confronted the owner's son ( who was on the second floor ) about the extremely slow service, he instead rudely started arguing with us that it's a weekend and we should accommodate the slow service, and instead of apologising or atleast assuring us, just told that the order will be there just wait. (Slow service - already served main course, we were waiting for tandoori rotis for about 8-9 minutes). Pathetic service and atmosphere ( AC's not cooling properly, mentioned it to the staff multiple times to lower the temperature...

My overall experience with this place was good. This place has great ambience and they serve good quality food.
