Very strangely I will have to review a resturant with great food and atmosphere as LOWEST only because of the way there management treats its customers…we were 4 of us and also taking good discount through some-app…but even then I think we ordered generously…4-5 alcoholic drinks, 2 mocktails, 3-4 starters(2Non-veg), 2 main course(both non-veg) and breads. Our server SACHIN was very sweet and on seeing our order offered us a complimentary dessert(trio of kulfi) which we agreed but to my surprise came the asst manager, MR SHYAM, who was very rude and made it clear that we will not get the dessert as we are getting a discount but I told him 3-4 times that we were offered the dessert we never demanded it…but now it seems strange and insulting to first offer and then when we agree then u take back that offer and I said 3-4 times that this isn’t right or fair…but he kinda made us feel as if we were begging for it!!! Atleast I just ordered another dessert and asked them to add it to the bill!!! After some time the MANAGER MR. ANIL also came( who till now didn’t bother at all) after I reminded the server to make sure to add the dessert to the bill as I didn’t want a pity free dessert now…so mr Anil asked me what was the matter and I said plz don’t ask as I feel insulted and now I would rather enjoy my good food…and the dessert and can just tell him the story via a review…to which his response shocked me the most…he responded…THEEK HAI REVIEW MEIN HI PADH LENGE STORY…the attitude of these guys was so off putting!!! The problem is that all this is happening when I have some guests and it becomes very embarrassing… Infact I had ignored a few red flags during the evening like one of our starters came very very late but the server duly apologised so all was forgiven and forgotten, also the Palak patta chat comes out with great theatrics and is supposed to be made on the table LIVE with the smoke etc coming out…which also didn’t happen as there was some problem so we just got a normal platter of the chat… But all these were ignored by me till this fiasco happened…I hope that these new good outlets teach there staff how to make the customer feel special…how to be good in a hospitality industry!!!
I still play it in my head how I’m telling the guy that guys I offered I didn’t ask for it…how can u take back an offer after offering it??? Why did u offer it to me before checking the deal given to me??? All of these are not really my problem…all an all and good evening spoint but bad attitude…just like anardana…khatta meetha but this time a little...

Located in Jaypee Wishtown, Anardana gives you the right vibes. Perfectly lit, delightfully decorated and large sized Bollywood posters with subtle twists, Anardana scores well with its ambience.
Anardana's menu is loaded with Indian and Asian cuisines with Anardana's personal touch and eye-catching presentation. Anardana is not very easy on the pockets but does not end up tearing a hole either.
The Amuse Bouche offered at the beginning of the meal hints at the meal that is to follow. It will tingle your senses.
