I recently had the pleasure of dining at Mamagoto, and it was an unforgettable culinary experience. The moment I took a bite of the California Uramaki Sushi, I was transported to a world of flavors. The combination of fresh ingredients and perfectly seasoned rice made every bite fulfilling and undeniably delicious.

The Chicken Karaage was a delightful revelation – the crispy exterior gave way to succulent, juicy chicken that left my taste buds dancing with joy. The attention to detail in every dish was truly impressive.

Next, I savored the Street Vendors Penang Curry Bowl, a dish bursting with authentic Southeast Asian flavors. It was a journey through the bustling streets of Penang, right on my plate.

And let's not forget Mama's Chocolate Cake Slice for dessert. It was a heavenly conclusion to the meal, with its rich, velvety chocolate indulgence.

As a fan of Mamagoto, I wanted to visit their new outlet at Gulshan 129 mall. While the food was delicious and lived up to the high expectations, we were disappointed with the service. Despite being a table of nine people who were ordering frequently, the staff did not pay much attention to our needs. We had to continuously wave to get their attention, which made the experience somewhat frustrating.

Moreover, the air conditioning was not functioning, and the restaurant was uncomfortably warm. The staff got in a mist fan, but they placed it far from our table. Even when we asked them to turn it towards our direction, they didn't seem to bother, Even when we were the only table left dining towards the end of the evening

Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience at this particular Mamagoto outlet, and I don't think I will be visiting it again. However, I still hold loyalty towards Mamagoto and will visit their other outlets in the future, hoping for a...

There are elements which you will like and elements which you don’t

Firstly the Restaurant needs to understand that everyone will not be able to make decisions on food so they should find a way to make it easy for people to pick and suggest

Second - AC doesn’t work and they bring these big fans. Unacceptable

Third - Food Prices are very high . Don’t deserve that price at all

Fourth - Service is Bad . I have to everytime raise my hand and call - excuse me .. horrible
