I went for this drive through where construction was already going on around it. Also when i ordered my food the girl at the counter seemed lost, she had no idea how to get order. Once i was able to order she was not able to take payment somehow. I got my order delivered without a bill for which i paid around 700 bucks...pretty high i thought since usually it would be around 400...she did not give me the bill...i also was in a hurry. To my surprise when i opened the packed ahe had given me crispy tiki veg burgers instead of crispy chicken. I thought it must be by mistake ...new staff. But later i thought it could have been a clever cheating...im not sure but since i was asked for feedback today...i am...

The Worst place ever. I went to gulshan for a movie and ordered 4 burgers. They made me wait for 40 minutes and then the manager sunny argued and mistreated when I enquired that you have prepared 70 qpprox burgers but where is my order. He replied that due to online orders you will have to wait 15 more minutes. I asked for a refund and he went ahead with a cold response and said “wait to karna hi padega”. The best part is he turned out to be the MANAGER🤣🤣🤣

When other staff told him to apologise and speak softly, his reply to everyone was - “ Meri kya Galti hai, mera kaam thodi na hai.”
