My first experience: I went with my sister,as soon as we got in,the air conditioner was on the entrance and there are cool paintings there and the interior was the best I've ever seen in a restaurant and the atmosphere was amazing,very chilly relaxing Gen z Vibes with books on We were taking pics,we were having fun ,ok so what happened was,we ordered Chicken Tikka burger with french fries,it came with 10-15 minutes,but the chicken inside was rotten,my sister didn't even eat the first bite,we told them, they came after 10 minutes of us staring at rotten chicken inside our burgers ( chicken in both the burgers was completely rotten, tasted completely rotten) and for some reason, they were keeping trying to convince us that it's probably just the taste of smoke or garlic,and my sister is like: first of all, there's no garlic sauce and secondly,it doesn't even taste like smoke it taste rotting and they were literally coming back and fourth, going up and down, talking to eachother,they came 5-6 times to convince us that it's not rotten,why? Idk, it's so stupid and they kept arguing with my sister, then they(waiters Nd manager )went downstairs and started fighting (loud arguments )and then after minimum 45 minutes of staring at our rotten chicken tikka burgers, someone finally took them away and then we waited for 10 more minutes for our next order. So we waited more than an hour in total to eat proper burger without rotten chicken inside.and my mom was worried because we came 1 and a half hour late,at 12 am from they took so long..we went there after 9:30.. so, honestly: 1)If you are preference is clicking some instagram pics, it's one of the best places. 2) Interior is best but service is umm.. not so great. Oh also,did i mention that they completely refused us that its Rotten 10 times? So 0 accountability, they didn't even apologise just complementary french fries, how disrespectful that is. I really don't think that i could have gotten any worse service on a restaurant than that. 3) if you want great service, great quality chicken burger, or you want fast food then, this place isn't for you, very disappointing. One of the worst dining experiences of my entire life. Even from Aligarh standards it was absolutely dismal. The service is pathetically poor, you have to keep waiting a long time for servers to even notice you. They botched up 2 out of 4 of our orders. And when we sent them back they didn't even remember that we had sent 2 wrong orders back, then they come and give only one corrected order stating that the other Order cannot be filled because they don't have the main protein that was featured on the menu. For starters we had ordered broccoli soup and greek salad, the broccoli soup was very thin watered down absolutely tasteless, and the 'greek' salad came in a stale soggy mess, without the olives or feta cheese it claims to have as components in it's menu (they put tiny pieces of raw paneer). At the end of a long tiresome experience, one of us was still hungry because we hadn't received the order, and they had the audacity to charge us for the botched up- very late replaced other order. I was shocked to see the ratings here on google, either people have no sense of taste or they are so overwhelmed by the impeccably done interiors that give out a rustic charm that they overlook the poorly seasoned food, blunders in the service, and apathetic staff. PS. I forgot to mention the ear blasting music, blaring out raunchy bollywood numbers. Despite telling the staff to kindly lower it atleast 4 times, it didn't happen, you have to shout to get yourself heard by the person sitting opposite you.
