Kwality Snack Shoppe — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

I am regular Customer at this restaurant. Yesterday when me and my mother went and ordered our usual -- "chicken steak sizzler", "fried rice" and chicken "lolipop". The steak was undercooked, There was 0 french fries, there was very less siwain, the tomato was uncooked and it had a bad smell to it. The patta gobhi around the sizzler is usually burnt and cooked and gives yummy smoky Flavour and we used to eat that. But it was raw and uncooked. When we complained to the waiter he started gaslighting us --- saying its usually like this , the quantity is sufficient. Then he said I will bring more french fries and bought just 7 pieces from the kitchen. Which was laughable. And brought siwain with it. When we started eating we realised that the steak was also uncooked and waiter said it's like this . May be you don't know that. It was really frustrating. We ordered the fried rice and they didn't even bother putting sauces in it. It was pathetic. We complained and the same answer. It's always like this mam, you must not be knowing. He got frustrated and asked another guy to look in to the matter. He came after 10 mins. We were pissed off although the different waiter did his best and went out of his way to help us but we are paying this much money to get raw and uncooked food. It was my birthday dinner and finally I got free after 9 pm and wanted to eat a nice meal with my mom and got uncooked dinner. There was no manager at the time there and just cashiers. It's just disgusting that this is your service now.

I want to point out that we were treated really poorly, if we would have recieved this type of food at home the restaurant could have given us a refund . But we had to pay for our undercooked meal . The second waiter went out his way to help . But the kitchen was closed then and we were disrespected enough to be seated there. At the end he prepared somthing and gave us. Which was very kind of him. We left without complaining because there was no manager on the floor to complain.

We asked the waiter to pack our food and atleast add sauces in the fried rice but he didn't. We still have that fried rice without sauce and but we had to throw it away because our maid also refused to eat that it was so pathetic. We ordered chicken fried rice there was just few pieces of chicken in it--- just 4-5 pieces .

And above all it was "my birthday". I wanted to relax and paid for absolutely a disgusting food which we could...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Kwality Restaurant in Aligarh, and I must say, it was a delightful experience!

The food here is simply great. I started with the Malai Kofta, and it was nothing short of delicious and sweet, truly a delightful treat for the taste buds.

For my main course, I ordered the Banner Lababdar, and it was an absolute delight. The flavors were so mouthwatering that I couldn't resist taking another bite.

When it came to desserts, Kwality Restaurant truly proved its name. The Eclairs, Pineapple Pastry, and Fruit Custard were unbeatable. Each dessert was a sweet symphony of flavors that left me craving for more.

The only minor hiccup was with the rotis I took away. They got a bit soggy, but given the overall fantastic experience, it was easy to overlook.

However, there was one aspect that I didn't quite appreciate - the excessive salt in the Manchurian. It was a bit too salty for my taste.

Nevertheless, Kwality Restaurant has earned my praise for its delicious food, and I would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a delightful dining...
