I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my appreciation for the delicious chili chicken served at your esteemed establishment. Over the years, I have consistently enjoyed this particular dish, and it has become my go-to choice whenever I visit your restaurant.

However, I would like to bring to your attention a concern regarding the other menu items. While the chili chicken is exceptional, I have found that some of the other dishes I have tried are not up to the same standard. It would be greatly appreciated if you could work on improving the overall quality of your menu to match the excellence of your chili chicken.

Additionally, I would like to address the issue of the service charge (SC) being added to the bill. During my recent visit, I noticed an extra charge of Rs 154 labeled as SC. I understand that service charges are common in many establishments, but I find this amount to be unreasonably high and not acceptable. I kindly request that you reconsider this charge and bring it in line with industry standards.

Furthermore, I would like to mention that parking for cars has become a major issue at your restaurant. It is quite challenging to find suitable parking space, and this inconvenience detracts from the overall dining experience. I suggest exploring options to improve the parking facilities, such as acquiring additional space or providing valet parking services.

Please understand that my intention is not to criticize but rather to provide constructive feedback to help improve the dining experience at Mezbaan. I have always appreciated the quality of the chili chicken and the excellent service provided by your staff. However, addressing these concerns would enhance the overall dining experience for your loyal customers.

Absolutely Disgusting Experience – Avoid at All Costs!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Mezbaan Restaurant is an absolute disaster—hands down the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. The food was completely inedible—stale, flavorless, and honestly felt like it had been sitting out for days. The ingredients seemed questionable at best, and I wouldn’t be surprised if people get sick eating here.

To make things worse, the service was a joke. The staff acted like they were doing me a favor by even acknowledging my presence, and when I complained about the horrible food, they couldn’t care less. The hygiene? Let’s just say I’ve seen cleaner roadside stalls than this so-called “restaurant.”

Do yourself a favor—don’t waste your money or your stomach’s well-being here. Plenty of better places out there that actually care about their food...
