Baraamda Heritage — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

It was really a disaster for us. With full heart we entered into Baramda and what I got in return : Chairs were not arranged as agreed. They served cold drink although we agreed on Jaljeera They started serving Aloo Pakoda and veg Manchurian which were even denied at the very first discussion Do you think with just 1 chicken Manchurian bowl they can ask 10 persons to start main course? Yes they did and for second item we shouted on them specially how much time they will take to serve another item of main course as 1 bowl even could not serve 5 persons..they took another 20 minutes and served Butter chicken masala which had only 2 chicken piece ..All 10 persons started staring to each other ..Really unexpected. Now comes to deserts , we agreed for Kheer but they served Gulab Jamun ..Anyway let's have otherwise they will ask another 1 hour to make khir for serving ..ohh noo they took 15 minutes to give deserts hence my curious guests got ran away to home as it was late night in 142 sector Noida Last but not the least, they have forcefully taken 25 Persons expenses where as we agreed for only 20 persons..Even for veggie they charged non veggie price.. Very Poor Experience. They don't care for their loyal customers. I have been visiting this place regularly with my family since 2017.

Today, they have disappointed me to the core. They had a party running simultaneously and kept serving us low quality precooked food all throughout. The snacks were dry and clearly cooked in bulk and lacked the usual taste and texture. The soft drinks had no fiz and it was clear that they were serving out of 2 litre bottles. I requested the waiter several times to not serve us low quality buffet snacks even when we were paying for à la carte. The price of one snack in à la carte is equal to the complete meal in buffet. Quite obviously, the quality served is completely different.

On top of that, they delayed all my orders and kept forgetting what I had ordered. Charged me extra in my bill, which I ignored as I did not want to talk to them anymore. Finally, they refused payment through Dineout even though they have it listed.
