Nazeers Delicacies — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

I have been a loyal customer of Nazeer’s for the last 15–18 years. I have always respected the brand because the food quality and dining experience have consistently been excellent. But my recent visit to Nazeer’s Delicacies was a horrible and shocking experience unlike anything I have ever seen at Nazeer’s. • The outlet didn’t even look like a proper Nazeer’s — there was no proper board, the place was dusty, and tables and chairs were unclean. • Staff were not in Nazeer uniforms, and the entire setup looked like it was being run by random individuals rather than a reputed brand. • The food was pathetic — especially the mutton, which was undercooked and poorly prepared. • Most concerning was the payment process: the bill was collected on a personal QR code, and I overheard one staff member telling another to “show it as cash.” This is highly shady, unprofessional, and unacceptable for a brand like Nazeer’s. • When I questioned the condition of the place, they casually said, “construction work is going on.” But that is no excuse. If construction is happening, customers should be informed upfront, and the same should be updated on the website/Google listing.

I went there with very high expectations, especially seeing the 4.0+ rating and positive reviews, but the actual experience was completely opposite.

I have visited Nazeer Delicacies (3rd October 2021)for Lunch on the occasion of my birthday but they have simply destroyed my day. Highly disappointed and below are the key cons as per my experience: Hand wash station and washroom was very small and dirty I won't recommend for families specially. Drinking glasses were having rubbish strains. There was no Juice/shake available in berveges section but list was very big...I found just for showcase. They said only lemon soda is available. Pathatic!! It was very hot there and bit difficult to sit there and eat. Not sure whether AC was working properly. In starter, Nazeer special Paneer kali mirch tikka was not doing justice with Nazeers name and fame. Under main course so called Nazeer special Mutton kali mirch was tasteless and Mutton pieces(4)are not properly cooked. Rs. 540 was not at all worth for that. POS machine was surrendered while payment then I have given option for cash and I went outside tofir cash withdrawal. This was very horrible post above received services. Even though I have given 50 rupees tip to table attendee. 1900 Rupees for two was also bit expensive . Note : Nazeer management, please look in this area else your goodwill can go for...
