The Oriental Spice — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

I ordered a chefs recommended chicken dim sum platter. It had three types of dim sums , three each. Two types were not eatable as they had sort of dust in them. Also, all three were undercooked. I complaint to Zomato but the customer care said they can offer me ₹129 as discount on next order from same restaurant. When I told them that I would not order from the same restaurant that has sent such bad food in the first place, he said this is the best they can do. Take it or leave it. I fail to understand the bad reviews here. I had a Thai Red Gravy with Chicken. It was almost perfect. I really admired the amount of work they had put in for the preparation as I could very genuinely understand how well made it was!

Quality has gone down big time. Think before you order from them. I had ordered hot and sour soup and veg manchurian. Food was over cooked, burnt, extra salt was in both dishes. Food was not edible.
