Barbeque Nation - Gorakhpur - City Mall — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

There are lot of thing to say but will try put in short.

Recently I have visited your restaurant that is in Gorakhpur Uttar Pradesh on 14 Aug 2022. And it was horrible experience. We were 12 family and we were excepting quality time there but it was…..

To start with-

1-Big thing first a lot of issues were their as I have mention below but their was no response from senior and they didn’t pay any heat to it weather it was senior manger or manger.

2-Plates on diner counter and on sweet counter was not available and same problem was with bowl.(please find attached image)

3-Biryani does not have pieces as I went two times it might be bad luck.(PFA)

3-Refill of Sweet counter as not frequent they take lot of time.(PFA)

4-Some food was being served on table by the staff so one of my family member asked to clean up the table and give him in another plate. Staff member pick on of the dirty plate from the same table and try to sever in the plate. As we oppose he bring the another plate.

5-I have notice one staff was serving two or three table and to refill the grill they take around 15 min as when ask they told us that it is being cooked sir please wait.

6-When Item in the menu was asked they take 1/2 hour to cook the food and serve. Also food was insufficient for us with pathetic taste. I have asked mutton keema burger, paav bhaji, honey chilly potato, dahi kabab which take around 1/2 hour.

7-We were told Hard drink menu was to be provide at counter only.

8-No cleaning for table when asked.

9-Always been told that we will provide food is being cooked or air start eating we will provide you. I have to ask them so many time for the food like Kabab, chicken tangadi, fish, prons, etc.

10-Roti basket was provided when some family member finished the dinner.

11-No cold water at the end time.

12-Also we have been provide 500 smilie as review good star.

Manger and senior manger did not pay any heat to our complain they just bluntly ignored our complaints, we reached several time to them.

One thing I have notice as I have visited your branch in Delhi, noida, and Gurugram. At all the table The staff did not provide all food that is being mention in the menu, they just give them some food which is being serve to other table.

See the problem is if the service I have received on that day is what you people tend to provide them I am sorry boss you won’t be able to survive in Gorakhpur because I known what people wants here they are not going to pay you this much for all the mischief. They will you once like me but will not be coming again.

Its not Barbeque Nation its DESI SHARAB KI CANTEEN. If you dont drink or you are out with family to enjoy dining together, I would never recommend this place. The place was loud, filled with drunk people who couldnt keep themselves to their tables and roamed and danced around with their drinks in hand whistling and howling like dogs. Desi theke ki canteen mei itna nhi ludhakhte log jitna yaha ludhak rahe the. Sometimes the food is bland then somtimes they just go overboard with spices. Burnt food being passed as 'crispy' and 'lillte charred'. The service was the worst. The waiter would roam around you and when you ask them for something they would go away and never return. Then you might catch them 5-10 minutes later doing something else. My little cousins asked for french fries and their pathetic lying staff kept telling us it is getting prepared. Worst of them was their little liar chef who would shamelessly go around tables asking everyone how was the food. When he came to us we told him what we think about the food and how long the kids where waiting for the french fries. That pathetic runt of a man promised my cousins that he would be back with their frech fries in 15 mins and guess what that liar was not seen on the floor again. After all this while we were leaving, their shameless manager asked, "Sir how was your experience. GOOD, VERY GOOD OR EXCELLENT" with a big smile on his face.

Worst barbeque nation experience. Have been to dozens of barbeque nations all across country numerous times. This is the worst. And I must say things were not always like this here. I used to go to this restaurant whenever I am in the city with my friends. Things were a lot better before in terms of food, service and ambience. It is clear that this place has lost its charm and has been in a constant rate of deterioration. This restaurant doesnt even deserve 1 star, what it deserves is a close-down notice from...

Such a great place for group party. If you are in group and you want to party definitely go to this place. The food is not that good as the snacks. Food is just ok but after having different starters and snacks it doesn't matter. But for those food matters don't go to this place. A place to hang out with family and friends.The concept is now being replicated in small cities now and yes it is being liked and appriciated by the people. Good food, ambience , variety of cuisine. All good with friendly staff on their toes for the service. Good experienceplace was very crowded but thankfully i have already booked my table so i dont have to wait for so long. after getting the table Atul Agarwal was attending us his service was fast and efficient. now coming to the food, i choosen non veg so the starter includes prawns tikka, chicken tikka, fish tikka, mutton seekh kabab, roasted chicken wings, grilled pineapple, crispy corn, mashroom tikka and so on ----. personally i liked their seekh kabab, fish tikka& pineapple. after starter i was not able to try main course but i tried their keema and rice. keema was not tasty as expected. dessert😍 personalky i choose buffet for desserts, but i think pirates of grill has better options in desserts compare to barbeque nation. i liked malai kulfi here.🔥🔥🔥
