I have ordered multiple times from them over the years. Generally speaking, they have managed to retain the standards. Biryani smells nice, tastes nice, has decent quantity of whatever meat / veg you ordered, and actually has layered approach to it. The packaging is quite elegant as well, and they always include a dessert and mint raita = good value for money.
Where they lose out: It still is far away from authentic biryani - the rice is cooked separately, and then masaala + rice + specialty item (chicken / mutton / paneer / ...) is added. You can easily tell that the rice hasn't really absorbed the meat's flavors and aroma, which it would if cooked in an authentic handi and slow-n-low-heat cooked.
I always order hyderabadi (I like it spicy), but I never really received anything that had hyderabad level spice.
