A couple of days ago, I visited Bhukhad Dosa and had a very disappointing experience. Despite ordering four plain "paneer dosas" at 9:20 PM, we were told it would take 15-20 minutes. However, we waited until 10:15 PM while others who arrived after us were served first. It seemed that priority was given to customers in cars or they aren't serving according to orders.

After waiting about an hour, we received our order. Waiting an hour could have been worth it if the taste was worth waiting for, but the dosas had no taste (potato filling, not the paneer we ordered, as they said the paneer filling was over), the chutneys were unsatisfactory, and we had to discard two dosas. Only the sambhar was somewhat decent.

It felt that the place is overhyped, and the food quality and management need significant improvement. I would say that the staff address the service delays, prioritize the service as per orders, and focus on improving the...
