Recently visited on a Sunday night for dinner. I was relieved to find proper parking which is difficult to find in the city.

The entrance to the restaurant is okay and the staircase is wide and comfortable. Overall the ambience is good and they have sections where families can sit in enclosures and have a good family time. They also have separate party sections for a small birthday party or a get-together.

In our visit, the ACs were not quite effective. But we were assisted with comfortable seating.

We ordered all veg options like dry Manchurian, paneer lababdar (as suggested by the server), dal tadka and different rotis.

Out of all, dry Manchurians were the best. Paneer was sweet and not good. The dal had extra salt, and even after replacement, it was the same.

We had multiple bad experiences on the day. Even though the restaurant was not crowded, the service was super slow. The server himself recommended the paneer dish saying that it wouldn't be sweet but it was. Missi rotis were too thick and hard to eat (they are generally dry).

All these for a 1000+ INR, which was decent in terms of pricing. There are definitely better options in the vicinity in terms of taste.

Visited the resturant for family dinner for my parent's anniversary. Name sounded really nice as well as the reviews. I have visited black horse in past as well... Last year the experience was okayish not that bad not that great but food was really nice.

Visited black horse today.. All reviews seemed fake everything was worst neither staff had respect nor food was good. They have skyrocketed the price but ambience service everything was soo bad.

Ordered tomato soup, it tasted like turmeric and bread served with it was smelly. Asked the waiter to change it they say it is what it is. Baby corn chilly just had colour and thick baby corn not crispy. The chutney served with it was filled with colour. Hated it.

And about hygiene... the mats are dirty staff is serving without serving trays bringing soup in bowl in had no plate under it nothing. Hated every second.

W.r.t. prices it didnt satisfy a bit. Please change the prices or change the ambience, service, food. Serving chemicals at high prices wont...
