Chai Sutta Bar — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

I went to this venue with my college friend on 18.6.2023 around 6 pm for evening snacks & tea. It is an semi open small sized snack point/restaurant/café similar like "Bun Makkhan Chai" eateries made for casual snacks. It has many stores in Lucknow. This one particular is located in ground floor of Arif Chambers, Shop 12, Sector A, Aliganj, close to Purania Chauraha.

Overall I will rate this snacks venue - Chai Sutta Bar 3.5/5 because of following -

Positive - Snacks served here like Tea, Bun Makkhan, Coffee, Momo, Pizza, etc., are low cost. Price range - ₹ 15+ minimum. Quality of food served is also good, not best but clean & good material used. Tea served in Kullad (gives good aroma), rest in plastic/glass. Quantity served here is ok ok for a person as per breakfast, etc. Ambiance, store design & architecture is good considering limited space it has. Tiled flooring, plants around that hide outside seats (privacy), glossy store logo/name outside specially I love Lucknow banner. Sufficient wooden seats/table if not inside, but outside. Ac installed inside, wooden curtain to hide inside area, artificial flowers with lights with wall paintings & music running inside. Perfect, youth celebration themed venue. Location of store is somewhat good, inside complex area with large open area, free parking & only 1 building facing main road.

Negative - Taste of food served here isn't good, it's more average flavor food as far I tested - Tea, Bun Makkhan. I will try all. More spices should be added to give more flavors. Location of store isn't fully appropriate specially when customer is seating outside because of constant smell from drain adjacent to road/store. Again it has self service facility, you pay first at counter inside, get slip & take your order just like other similar café.
