Chancellor Club — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

I visited this place for a relative wedding.

I usually don't give the terrible rating to any place, we may find something better about the place. for Chancellor Club, everything is so unprofessional and bad. I have been to many places but never found such unprofessional management and workers.There is no coordination among them leading to so poor quality of service no once can imagine.

Don't go beautiful pictures you see in google and other sites. That is only good point are huge garden and lighting it looks good but don't fall for it.

Food: They shared one menu for the event while booking. on event date, we found they were having the same menu for almost all the event occurring in different parts of the club. Food taste was better considering other services

Rooms : There is no concept of check-in /checkout you have to wait until previous party leaves and then only you can get rooms you booked Rooms have very old furniture and poorly maintained washroom attached to the room poorly lit and has very bad jets and other toiletries

Support Staff: very unprofessional and unfriendly we were kept waiting outside due to some miss communication between manager and security advisor.

Price : Overcharging, Only go there unless you have a very big gathering, otherwise, it will be the waste of money...

Avoid Chancellor's Club at all costs! Our recent experience hosting four events and booking 14 rooms turned out to be a total disaster:

Despite requesting a yellow-themed decoration, the Haldi function lacked effort, and the pool area was filled with trash.

The Mehendi and Sangeet Banquet fell apart when the Dhol we paid for never arrived.

On the wedding day, chaos ensued with an unannounced venue change, disorganized stage setup, and inadequate lighting. Hygiene was appalling, with flies swarming around the food.

To top it off, we were pressured to settle the remaining balance during the midnight vidai, with threats directed at their staff.

The rooms were equally disappointing, with leaky bathrooms, broken tiles, missing amenities, and zero room service.

Overall, Chancellor's Club delivered a disastrous experience. I wouldn't recommend...

The owner whom you deal with at the time of booking will pretend to be so friendly and soft spoken but in reality he hides some hidden charges.This venue is famous for its goodwill in locale but so far as our experience is concern they are hiding some charges like they DONT PROVIDE DRINKING WATER with there so called PAX(per plate cost),which they will charge you at the time of final bill.Though its a little amount for any of us to afford but the thing is that the water they provide is chargeable ,so be aware hosts Either peak season or lean one,they will add some extra charges at finale bill.DONT PAY YOUR FINAL BILL before discussing it priorly.Its not a matter of some thousands rupees but trust and faith which they show at the time of booking.I personally do raise a question mark over their policies...
