Raj & Raj Caterers and Restaurant (Vegetarian Paradise) — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

There was a time when this was the only restaurant in the area. Our family has been eating here since that time. It did not evolve with time, this is still exactly the same place. This does not necessarily mean a good thing. I would say the taste of half of the menu items has changed and half of it is still the same. We sometimes still order from that other half of items. If talking about health wise, none of the items here can be categorized here as healthy. They use a lot of oils and heavy masala in most of their preparations, but lets admit it, that is what the public wants. I will not proceed with some of the dos and donts of this place. Do not order Dosa from here. It is just an insult to south Indian food what they prepare here. It is loaded with oil and not at all light. Their Raj special chowmein is still decent, but it used to me much better a couple years ago. If talking about Indian food, Jeera Aloo and mix veg has always been a safe bet here. Its taste hasnt changed in over a decade! A few of the other Indian preparations are also decent. I would also avoid ordering Roti/ Chapatis from here as they have never been good. They are always undercooked and become hard to eat really soon. Whenever we get Indian food from here, we prepare roti at home. Lastly, they did not sign up on Zomato and Swiggy or other online portals. I respect them for being the only one to take a stand against these big names but yes, that means you cannot order...

This Restaurant is not bad its small but ya its worth this Restaurant keeps every type of food Also the sitting arrangement is also fine and their is enough lights and fans also ACs and arrangement for washing your hands All the process is good but the waiters in this Restaurant don't behave in a good way and one of the incident happened with me that In the covid time I wanna eat veg Burger I ordered the waiter a burger and Told them to grill from outside basically grill the bun but they just not grilled it So before eating When I showed them that this is not grilled from outside they we will not do but after convincing they agree but the waiter directly touch the burger with his hand instead of touching the plate and the waiter was not wearing gloves also I have seen sometime before that they touch their nose and mouth with their hand and then don't wash the hand also So eating the food their is unsafe on aspect of covid Although their food quality is good bit this way of serving the food with unwashed and unhygenic is wrong So I recommend you that If you go there be careful that they wash hand and then gives the food...
