I frequently keep coming to Mr. Brown as, you know, they really do offer amazingly delicious food!!😋😘 But I always used to experience a lot of crowd, noise, a lot of time would get wasted, that is, basically a tiring experience, especially on a Sunday. But today, when I went to order from the non-sweet food department, an elder Bhaiya(brother), instantly asked me what would I like to have, either spicy or non-spicy. I, with a friendly gesture, told him about my wants in the food and he rapidly got everything packed! It was like a dream for me, all warm food got packed for me in like, under five minutes? While I was about to leave, I reached out to that Bhaiya and before I could thank him, he asked, "Kya sir, aapka khana pack ho gaya na?". I nodded and asked his name. He replied, "Pankaj", to which I replied, "Buhat buhat thank you Pankaj Bhaiya" and he replied, "Thank you, sir". I wish I could tell him to call me chotu instead of sir.🤔 This was one hell of an awesome heart warming welcome from Mr. Brown staff.

Anyway, the point is that, Mr. Brown, does take serious action when it comes to consumer comfortability that I loge about them. I reached home and loved the spicy pizza and the chocolate fantasy pastry. And this time blissfulness was satisfied with a memorable experience. Kudos to Mr. Brown!✌️

I gave 4 stars because of the below two reasons:--- The staff that takes care of serving food inside the box, pack the food in such a conjusted way that sometimes the food spoils bad when it reaches home. If you can make separate counters for ordering food for packing and instantly eating, there could be way less noise and crowding, resulting in a better...

I'm a type of customer who stays loyal to their providers. I have been visiting Mr Brown since I was a kid. It used to be a place to eat good food at reasonable price. Since 5 years I've moved out of Lucknow. Every time I visit home, coming to this place is one of the biggest excitement. But since last few years I've seeing a steep decline in quality and huge increase in price. A burger that used to cost Rs 30 6-7 years ago is directly for Ra 70 now and they have eliminated the chips (which was the most fun part of eating a burger there) have been eliminated. I don't understand what's wrong with them. It looks like that they are just working on their marketing strategies and have completely overlooked the quality. Till this visit I always held myself back to write any review as I was hoping for the things to be better, but today I was just heartbroken. The service anyways have been pathetic there since the day one. The staff is never intrested in helping. The food quality and the price was something that kept me coming there, but now since even that's gone , I did my last visit there..not just me, nobody from my family and friend circle visits there anymore. Most of them stopped visiting in last 2-3 years but I kept my visits on for the sake of my love towards their food quality. But there's nothing left...

The aura is too great you might feel occupied while ordering the food but everything will be paid back to you when you tatse the bakery product.
