Reasons for 1 stars -

Extremely warm inside Don't have enough chairs, really small for the amount of crowd present. There isn't even a place to stand. Nobody was wearing mask, not even some staff. They should make it mandatory mask for entry like every other place right now.

One person taking order for 3 people at once, they can't even concentrate and mix up order.

Found a chair finally to sit, that I had to drag because ofcourse, there was one empty table after 1 hour of standing. 45 mins for a pizza (after 1 hour of waiting to give order), I wonder how they deliver in 30 mins.

The cheese burst pizza wasn't bursting. I've had cheese burst at other outlets of Dominoz so I know how it is.

The choco lava cake was warm melting but outside wasn't even getting cut because it definitely was 3 days old.

They charge for ketchup (at a pizza store????). Thank God they don't ask money to give us bill (paper ka charge)

The bill only gave total amount and list of items . How would I know what amount they charged me for which item and what was the tax? Local kirana store gives more elaborate bill.

A lot more I can say, but I'm not going to.

This is the worst Dominoz outlet I've even visited, I've been to many being a...
