I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of one of your staff members, Mr. Krishna Kant Sharma, from the Domino's Pizza | Msx Mall, Greater Noida I had placed an online order through the Domino’s app on [28/10/2025]. However, my order was unexpectedly canceled. When I called the store to inquire about the reason, Mr. Sharma informed me that delivery could not be made to my location. When I politely asked for a detailed explanation and refund, he became rude, used disrespectful language, and stated that I could complain “to whoever I want.”
This behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. As a loyal Domino’s customer, I expect courteous service and fair treatment. I have a recording of the conversation as evidence and can provide it upon request.
I kindly request the following:
A full refund of my canceled order.
A formal apology for the misconduct.
Appropriate action against the staff member to ensure this does not happen again.
Please confirm receipt of this complaint and let me know the steps being taken to resolve this issue. I would appreciate a response at your earliest convenience.

Read morePlease listen to my plight caused by irregularity and laxity in delivering my recent order. I always have advocated for Dominos, but staff of MSX Mall(Greater Noida) does not take care of the image builded by Dominos for their honesty and stewardship toward customer over the years. It took them over 50 minutes to deliver a pizza at the doorstep which is not more than 600 meters away from MSX Mall(Venue) choosen by me because of it’s proximity.
After making incessant calls to customer centre, i tried a lot to maintain my composure throughout multiple conversation. Even they have realised, but cannot do anything with a staff who take things for granted. So i thought to tell about the entire situation via email and escalate a complaint.
I ate a cold pizza and adding to it received email within 35 minutes of booking time notifying delivery of pizza. In reality they took close to one hour for delivering pizza. I didn’t find it justifying and transparent.

The other branches are far better and if one wants to have good pizza i would recommend to try other centres In the pizza they don't put cheese and the cheese doesn't taste good here. Moreover they don't treat the costomers properly and they don't deliver the pizza on time. So unless you really want to have a bad experience you can stay away from this place. According to their norm I should have gotten the order with a discount of 300 but I was willing to pay half the price of the order. But the delivery boy didn't agreed and he took the order back.
