I've had consistently disappointing encounters with this Domino's Pizza chain. Twice, I placed orders online only to have them cancel after acceptance, citing various reasons such as missing ingredients or unavailability of a delivery partner. This lack of consistency is frustrating and has left me with no choice but to reconsider ordering from them.
On one occasion, I decided to pick up my order in person, hoping for a smoother experience. However, the store managed to keep me waiting outside in the freezing winter night for over 20 minutes, despite it being a planned takeaway. The utter disregard for customer convenience and the evident lack of organization has left me thoroughly dissatisfied.

I’d like to bring to your attention two disappointing experiences I recently had with my orders.
First, I ordered a garlic bread which arrived cold and burnt. Then, the next day, I ordered a Margherita pizza, which is supposed to have cheese, but it had no cheese at all and tasted like plain sauce on bread.
I’ve always enjoyed Domino’s food, but these back-to-back issues were really disappointing. I request that you please look into this matter and arrange a replacement or refund for these items.
