Our family's recent trip to Lucknow to attend a collaborative event between Sassy Canteen and Milliways Inc. was made truly memorable by our wonderful stay at Sapphire Suites by Arif Castle from August 14th to 16th, 2025. Traveling with my wife and two children, finding accommodation that is both comfortable and accommodating can be a challenge, but Sapphire Suites exceeded all our expectations.

From the moment we arrived, the front office team welcomed us with warm smiles and incredible efficiency. The check-in process was seamless, a much-appreciated gesture after a long journey. They were courteous, professional, and made us feel right at home instantly.

The suite we were given was the highlight of our stay. It was incredibly spacious, giving our family of four more than enough room to relax without feeling cramped. The interiors were tastefully decorated with an upscale, modern aesthetic that felt both luxurious and comfortable. The attention to detail in the room's design and amenities was evident, making it a perfect sanctuary after a busy day.

Our mornings started with the delightful buffet breakfast. The spread was extensive, offering a fantastic variety of delicious options that catered to both adults and our kids. What stood out was the impeccable service from the F&B staff. They were attentive, proactive, and always ready to assist with a smile, ensuring our breakfast experience was pleasant and satisfying.

The housekeeping staff also deserves a special mention. Our suite was kept immaculately clean throughout our stay. They were discreet, efficient, and their commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and comfort was truly commendable.

Overall, our experience at Sapphire Suites by Arif Castle was exceptional. We had an amazing experience. Front desk and housekeeping staff were extremely cooperative. The rooftop Restaurant- food quality and variety was decent. Service staff were cooperative albeit occupied within themselves. Breakfast was a letdown. Blaring music really was a dampener. Staff was almost clueless. Very little variety, not tasty either. Limited options put a cap on the advertised Breakfast experience. Covered Parking is limited to approximately 10 cars. Room size was decent. Queen bed sufficient for two adykts and one baby. Additional bedding available at extra charges. Room provided enough lighting, charging points and storage space. Electric kettle was available Mini-fridge was available as well but did not cool well. Thread count of the bedding was decent. Room had a balcony as well. Bathroom was quite modern with dental kit available, as well as few other toiletries. Breakfast needs tremendous improvement.
