I visited Cafe Coffee Culture on the new year's eve. It looked as if they were not prepared for the crowd they were receiving that day. Here's a few thing that happened with me: 1: The chair had marks all over it. Red marks. And the manager requested me to sit over it nevertheless telling me that some pasta has spoiled it. Well, I don't want to spoil my dress.

2: The WATER SMELLED AWFUL. This has really turned me off. The water smelled so bad, the glasses had marks of dirt on it. After the complaint, it got replaced by a bottle of mineral water.

3: Staff not cooperative. Once tasting a shake I decided to go for the coffee instead and we informed the server about it. We had to, the shake was taking way too long to come out of the pantry anyway. And the manager literally kept staring the server for making that change. Right in front of us.

4: I didn't like the food. I am sorry, if the food doesn't impress me, I let other know. I didn't like it. The pasta was swimming in loads of gravy. The garlic bread was okay and I didn't like the shakes. The coffee had too much of water and THE CUP WAS VERY HEAVY FOR ME TO HOLD IT WITH ONE HAND.

5: The aura. The place was so small, that a sizzler ordered on the next table can leave vapors on your face. Once someone would order one, the entire cafe would go smoky.

Overall, I didn't like it at all. I have been to the best and the average cafes of Lucknow and they've all been mostly very warm welcoming, service-centric people. Cafe Coffee Culture has...

Such a pathetic service I entered the cafe and decided to sit inside a room first the waiters and the manager attended me very nicely but as soon as I told them I'm a Zomato Gold user suddenly there was a change in their attitude I can't explain.The waiters started ignoring me and when he was taking an order beside my table I said 'excuse me' he replied to me in such a rude voice sir can you please wait and what was my fault that I just called him once and that to for water because it was not served.After all this I was not at all in the mood of calling the waiter or the manager but due to some problem I have to call him as there was some leftover so being a regular customer previously also I got a leftover packed many times but this time the waiter replied "Sir you are a Zomato Gold customer and eating free so around 30rs packing charges will be applied" as such I asked him to pack my sizzlers with sizzlers plateIT WAS ALSO BECAUSE OF ZOMATO GOLD AS AFTER ALL THIS I CALLED IN ZOMATO SUPPORT THEY STARTED SAYING IT'S ALL YOUR FAULTWhat the hell first they give offers to customers to buy it and after that, they don't even do anything for the customersACCORDING TO ME PLEASE PLEASE DON'T GO FOR ZOMATO GOLD IF YOU WANT THAT A RESTAURANT STAFF SHOULD RESPECT YOUAnd yes they need to pay attention to their menu...
